SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: 8 August 2026

This policy sets out the main arrangements for dispatching orders placed on www.gingerlilyperles.fr. It supplements our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which remain applicable to all orders.

1. Order preparation and dispatch

We do everything possible to prepare your orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 1 p.m. are generally dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and special periods indicated on the Site.

Orders placed after 1 p.m. are generally prepared for dispatch on the following business day.

Certain orders may require additional preparation time, particularly due to their volume, the nature of the products ordered or a specific operation requiring special handling.

The order preparation time is separate from the carrier's transit time.

2. Delivery methods

Several delivery methods may be offered depending on your address, the contents of your order and the services available at the time of purchase.

Depending on the destination, Gingerlily works in particular with various home delivery, pickup point or parcel locker services.

The delivery methods actually available for your order are displayed when placing the order.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated based in particular on the destination, the selected delivery method and, where applicable, the characteristics of the order.

The exact amount of the delivery charges is indicated before the order is confirmed and paid for.

Certain orders may benefit from special terms or free delivery when the conditions of the offer in force are met.

As delivery rates and offers may change, the information displayed at the time of ordering shall prevail.

4. Delivery times

Any times displayed when placing the order correspond to the estimated times communicated for the selected delivery method.

These are in addition to the time required to prepare and dispatch the order.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, its transit depends on the selected delivery service. Delays may exceptionally occur, particularly during periods of high activity, events affecting transport networks, or circumstances beyond Gingerlily's control.

The legal provisions relating to delivery times and the Client's rights in the event of delay remain fully applicable.

5. Tracking your parcel

When tracking is available, the necessary information is provided to you after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may be sent by email and/or SMS, depending on the carrier and the contact details provided when placing the order.

Remember to check your junk mail if you cannot find an email relating to your delivery.

To receive the SMS notifications offered by certain carriers, also make sure that you have provided a valid telephone number and authorised receipt of the communications required to track your delivery.

6. Delivery to a collection point or locker

When you choose delivery to a collection point or locker, you are responsible for collecting your parcel within the holding period indicated by the carrier.

The storage period generally varies depending on the carrier and the type of collection point. We therefore recommend collecting your order as soon as you receive the availability notification.

If the parcel is not collected within the specified period, it may be automatically returned to us.

The conditions applicable to uncollected parcels and their possible reshipment are set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

7. Delivery address

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

We invite you to check your address, telephone number and, where necessary, the additional information required for the carrier to complete the delivery carefully.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@gingerlily.fr.

When the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to change the address. However, we cannot guarantee that a change will still be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun.

8. Parcel marked as delivered but not received

If your parcel tracking indicates delivery even though you have not received it, first check the information provided by the carrier and, depending on the delivery method, your mailbox, your collection point or the people who may have received the parcel.

If you are still unable to locate it, contact us at contact@gingerlily.fr stating your order number.

We may then carry out the necessary checks and, where necessary, submit a claim to the carrier.

9. Parcel damaged during transport

If your parcel shows significant damage when it is handed over, we invite you, where possible, to report the damage to the carrier immediately and to make the appropriate reservations.

If the products contained in your order are damaged, contact us promptly at contact@gingerlily.fr, stating your order number and attaching, where useful, photographs of the parcel, its packaging and the products concerned.

The fact that you were unable to identify or report the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery does not deprive you of the rights to which you are entitled as a consumer.

10. International delivery

Gingerlily may offer delivery to different countries depending on the carriers and services available.

The delivery methods and costs available for your destination are indicated during the order process.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

Unless otherwise provided by law, these costs are not included in the price paid to Gingerlily and may remain payable by the recipient.

Customs formalities and processing times may also extend the parcel transit time.

11. Transfer of risk

Where the Customer is a consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the products is transferred to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier offered by Gingerlily, physically takes possession of the products.

The specific provisions applicable when the Customer chooses a carrier that was not offered by Gingerlily are set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

12. Returns and complaints

This page mainly concerns the dispatch and delivery of orders.

To make a return under the right of withdrawal, please consult our Returns and Refunds Policy and use the withdrawal form made available to you on the Site.

To report a missing, incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact our customer service department directly at:

The complete contractual terms relating to delivery are available in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
